Known for her energetic presence, practical insight, and ability to build trust quickly, Vicki helps leaders and teams navigate complexity and lead with clarity.
Her work spans industries and company sizes—from global corporations and Private Equity-backed ventures to mission-driven nonprofits. She’s coached and facilitated across all levels of leadership, from senior executives to emerging leaders, and is a certified practitioner in Insights Discovery.
Before launching her consulting practice, Vicki held senior roles in corporate leadership development and talent strategy. She now partners with a strong network of coaches and facilitators when engagements require additional scale or specialization.
