Individual Leadership Coaching

We partner with leaders ranging from executives to new managers.  Through coaching, feedback and strategic insight, we help leaders strengthen self-awareness, navigate complexity, and lead with confidence. 

Coaching engagements are rooted in the corporate objectives for which the individual leaders is accountable, and include intentional connections points with the leader’s direct manager, to ensure alignment on objectives.

Engagements are designed to meet the needs of the leader, and can include Insights assessments, Insights Discovery Full Circle, stakeholder interviews, or a traditional 360 evaluation.
